The food looks delicious especially that flatbread 🤤

My wife felt that our waitress seemed a bit disinterested in us. Since we had just arrived we weren't sure if she was just having an off night or if it was the general "vibe" of Burlington. It turns out it was mostly the former.

That's what bugs me about American tip culture, where even if the service is shit, you've got to tip. I tip in Ireland whenever the service is good and food is good. If either not up to scratch, sorry, no tip..
