Sorry man, but I think I might have the connection.. my sister was a big Tori Amos fan and I seem to remember an album that featured Boomtown Rats and Neill Young. I'm wondering if that's the connection as the Album was called Strange Little Girls which makes me think the Stranglers tune was on there too?
