Sure, we may all be getting older, but the music never stops, right? And musically I can totally connect with the same strain that has gone through my own youth, and persist into our present days. For this reason, it was a great pleasure to immerse myself in the kind of stuff that kids listen to these days - in Germany. Turbostaat is a German punk band who have been active since the turn of the millennium. They are great at capturing the teen angst of the present (okay, let's say the last decades).

My first impression of Turbostaat after about one minute of the first song is that they are feckin deadly!!! Great shout man, really enjoyed this. What say you @killerwot (our Irish protector of Punk)

I'd love to understand the lyrics as I reckon these songs pack a proper punch.

That video for the last tune is very clever, and the song was killer too, nice one...
