All very good points and well made, but I do still believe in having a plan to fall back on in exceptional circumstances, however you too are right that there were solutions on the bench, we are lucky enough now to have some strength in depth on the bench to come on and change a game. I have been very impressed with Trossard since he came and he can really make an impact off the bench or in the starting team.
