I love the honesty. I love the wisdom. I love the altruism to share the wisdom with others. I can assure you that there are plenty of good folks, who are going to read this and will hopefully learn from what you say. Life is pretty short in the grand scheme of things, so we need to stop carrying so much on our backs, especially when it is unneccessary.
Perhaps I should even celebrate them a bit. Laugh at them a lot. And move on quickly, accepting myself as the beautifully messy human I am.
That's it exactly @nickydee, laugh it off, dust it down and move on, every day is a miracle and to be walking around breathing and hopefully healthy is miraculous when you think of all of the close escapes every one of your ancestors before you had before the next generation came.
Like everyone I forget that sometimes and can ebb from happiest person in a room to pretty gloomy, but what I realise is that life and everything in it is a flow, so every high will come down a bit and every low will come up a bit, so just try to put your best side out and be a kind and compassionate human.
So if anybody feels "shame" when they f*ckup, they may want to address that. This "feeling" isn't good for a peaceful life at all. Or for any kind of authentic personal growth and progress.
"Feeling" ashamed of oneself generally means that someone, or something, sometime...
told a person that they're "bad". Or "wrong". Instead of the messy behaviour, right?
Or some such outrageous judgement, similar to the above, when a person didn't adjust themselves to fit in to summink (or someone) else's idea of "right" and "okay".
Which is not at all right or okay.
Okay?
So please lay that shame sh!t down as soon as all too humanly possible, would be my suggestion.
This.....
Three great tunes to get your theme across @nickydee - you are one of the good ones.
