I think every generation goes through a crisis or a few, and this is one of ours. The important thing is to try to not get into debt and any savings or investments are a big bonus.

I hear you on cost of living though, it's really starting to become noticeable now in Ireland. It must be extremely hard for those who were already on the breadline.
