Ya, I hear you, there was a time when I'd be getting home at 4am, 5am, 6am, but now my day often starts at that time. I usually work at least one day a week up in Dublin or down in Limerick, so 4:30 or 5am alarms are frequent enough, I like to get to the office for 8am if possible, that way I can finish earlier and get home just before the kids are gone to sleep.

Depending on the time of the year, I will awake to a glorious sunrise or drive as it happens, and in a similar way drive home looking at the sun set.

I do like that time of the morning and funnily enough, I am now incapable of staying in bed late even when away on a stag, holiday, wedding etc, my body is so used to the early rises now!
