If all you ever see is a nail, you will always choose the hammer. Just because you can, doesn't mean that you should. It's not always easy, and I have not always picked wisely, but I believe that I am learning to find balance with my own inner Diana, and this brings me great happiness

I love this and if more of us could put the hammer away or better still throw it away and help to remove those nails instead of taking the easy and careless option of hammering them, it is very easy to kick someone when they are down, a sneer, a giggle, a look is enough to do it, instead give a helping hand, a kind word, some advise.

If someone close to me is going through a tough time, I feel the weight of their sadness... I sit alongside them and feel their pain, although I do what I can to shift and uplift too.

Yep, I can empathise with this too, I physically feel it when me kids hurt themselves or get upset and I do my level best to soothe them and make it ok, the same goes for family and friends and when something comes along that I cannot fix, it rips me up. I have lost a daughter, I have lost friends to suicide, I have lost family and close close friends to cancer and they all cut me up, but I come through each loss stronger and firmer in my belief to be as good and friendly and smiling a person as I possibly can when I am alive and walking around this earth 💓
