And let me tell you that although our good friend and host has spent these last few weeks enjoying a well-deserved holiday around the beaches of Malaga, Spain, as a twinkling pale Irish globetrotter on the hunt for a good tan and tons of fun with his family.
Despite being far from home and with a fairly scatty broadband as to have a regular access to the internet. At no time did that prevent him or he forgot to invite us one more time to share three of our finest and brightest #ttt to celebrate with him and the community our musical contributions that he enjoys so much every week.
So then, this week and just to contrast a little with the powerful energy of the three tunes
I'm not a pale globetrotter any longer, now fully tanned up after countless hours in the pool with the kids. We could go anyplace in the world and just go to the pool all day everyday and they'd be happy! We didn't, but after our beds, the pool was the place we spent longest and they enjoyed every minute!
Now to the tunes, which were a perfect antidote to my Rage Against The Machine tunes.
I especially liked Harmonium - Aujourd hui je dis bonjour a la vie and your African music additions were great and I too would love to hear some music from their home countries, rather than Pop songs from the West, but that's their prerogative, so let's see what happens.
One of my favourite African songs from Mali group Amadou & Mariam... Have you heard of them?
RE: It's Three Tune Tuesday Week 56 folks. And this time sharing a trio of rarities not so usual from a so funky chap like me.
