Durrow is a lovely little town. I attended a wedding there before in Durrow House which was really something and they were having a scarecrow festival in the town at the time which was pretty cool...

I love the little green sanctuary you found, we are blessed in Ireland with so many of these that it is easy to take them for granted. Great that the greenery helped to recharge your energy.
