Perhaps, the 3 day lockup could be changed to 1 week or longer?

Or even keep 3 days for 12%, but increase to 14 days for 20%?

Either way, I think it is a great initiative if the ultimate goal is to increase the HBD ratio to Hive. Anyone with even a passing interest in value should see the value here and the ability to compound in a relatively low risk way (low risk for Crypto that is)
