"My Hero has a heart of gold and treats their teammates like family. When asked about my Hero, someone on their team said, “I truly believe this person enjoys being a source of help and goodness on the team. They are such a caring individual, a hard worker, and a great person.”
My Hero’s support doesn’t extend just within their team, but my hero is a source of support for whoever, whenever, and however it is needed. Their work ethic and their dedication to MidAmerica and our participants have been clearly and whole-heartedly demonstrated for years now. No matter how difficult the challenge or the season, my Hero remains positive, approachable, and supportive to everyone. If something unexpected happens that requires immediate action, my Hero is THE go-to person for their leader and can always be counted on, with a yes and without pause.
Where some may feel pressure or stress, my Hero thrives and finds a way to get the job done. My Hero has an unmistakable laugh, which I have no doubt has helped them build relationships with many of our Participants, some of which were our biggest challenges, but my Hero found a way to speak through the madness and gain raving fans. My Hero is self-motivated, ready to tackle the next hurdle – unlike the rush defense of their favorite football team, which I think is ranked 30th, but what do I know about football.
My Hero shows a genuine commitment to the success of their team and this organization, and they have done so since the day they put on a stiffly buttoned suit and interviewed with me. My Hero is the one and the only, Mr. Scott Wright.
Wow 👏 👏 👏
That's amazing feedback and it's great to share it with the world. It sounds like yu are truely appreciated by your boss and your company which is great to see. Keep up the great work and enjoy that week off for the Masters, let's hope it's all to play for coming down the back 9 on Sunday evening.
