The photographs of this shy little bird are amazing, but better still are insights and musings andbI couldn't agree more with this "Nature is stunning when you can sit still and look"

The noise of modern life never stops and is louder than ever before, so we need to plant ourselves in the now as much as possible to mindfully smell the coffee and truely hear and appreciate the birdsong.

Life is chaos and I feel that once we accept that, it can be more enjoyable. I really enjoyed this post.
