The companies that embrace this will be the successful ones and others that want to see employees in the office every day will slowly fade away and won't prosper.

Ya big time and Covid-19 accelerated it. It's win/win for companies too, more productive employees for the most part and lower costs (heating, light, office space, canteen etc)
