This was taken by my husband using just a smartphone. This was inside our home in Cebu, Philippines last 2013.

I love this picture and it is very memorable to me as it represents countless things -- my first pregnancy, the fears and excitement about what the future brings, the challenges and added responsibility. I had a human inside me. I was going to be a parent. This was the greatest joy and ultimate feeling of purpose.
