one thing that economics has taught us is that human wants is insatiable which i believe everyone will believe this. the numerous wants that we have has been the reason for this conclusion. when it comes to self actualization i think both concept are different but they are interwoven.

the truth is that when it comes to needs i can say that self actualization will be difficult to achieve or measured. self actualization can not just be measured in term of quantity alone one will still need to check it qualitative definition.
