The only condition that can make arsenal to get the player is if the player is cheap. No doubt about the fact that arsenal owner is not ready to spend on the team. I dont see arsenal as team that can contend with big spending Chelsea. I am sure the player can not choose arsenal over chelsea. The team is not really contending well compare to the other big five.
