While there are numerous social media applications available today鈥攎ost of which serve the primary purpose of connecting people and facilitating communication鈥攎y experience with Hive has been distinct. Although I hadn't used much social media previously鈥攕ticking to just two or three apps鈥擨 realized that the time I spent on other platforms could be better utilized on Hive; here, I could potentially earn an income while also learning a great deal. The platform hosts people from various countries, and I really appreciate the friendly demeanor of the majority of them. What I value most is the culture of mutual support; seeing people help one another makes the platform much easier and more pleasant to use. Naturally, newcomers often face initial challenges as there is a learning curve, and mistakes are inevitable. However, there are many helpful individuals here who point out these errors and offer guidance to prevent future ones. There are also numerous communities with highly active members who are always ready to support others.

Another thing I really like here is the content. On other social media platforms, I notice that people rarely create original content; instead, they mostly copy and paste鈥攖aking someone else's video or photo, making minor edits, and posting it. Hive is different; the content you see here is entirely original, created by the authors themselves, and there is no room for AI-generated content. I appreciate this because, these days, you encounter AI-generated content everywhere else. While it is used to some extent here too, content that relies heavily or entirely on AI gets no traction, and users who overuse it risk being muted by the community. I find it puzzling that people use other social media platforms so extensively yet overlook Hive, even though Hive offers the potential to earn money. On other platforms, you generally only start earning once you become a major content creator with hundreds of thousands or millions of followers鈥攐nly then do brands approach you for collaborations. Hive works differently; you simply need to produce quality content and support others. You can start by earning a modest amount and gradually grow from there.
Hive has changed my perspective to such an extent that I dedicate whatever spare time I have to the platform. I observe that other social media apps are filled with nothing but entertainment and content designed to be addictive; they present material in a way that keeps users hooked for hours. Hive, however, is different; here, you find informative content, can connect and converse with others, and engage in all the usual social media activities鈥攁ll while earning money.
