I've taken the weight of each vote and used that to gain the % amount of SP from each user/vote.
e.g. An 800,000 SP account issuing a 50% down vote would add 400,000SP to the total.
This wont be perfect (like using rShares) as mana is not included in the calculations. (if an 800,00k SP account voted at 50% but has burned all their VP then the effect of the vote would obviously be much smaller)

Similar in % terms to the vote weight accumulation...
Bot usage on rubbish is well down though, and so I think the community need to decide on what's next.
