I don't mind unrelated notes - better when I can give a good answer though!
As far as I am aware, there is no site with a running total.
I can quickly put together a list of totals and total weights, it's trickier to see the equivalent weight in SP/rshares though which I think would be of interest.
I wonder if either of you would consider a general stats page?

Up and down weight is the number of full up/down votes which all votes together would form. These votes could come from 1SP accounts or million SP accounts though and so a more interesting result would be to see the rshares in action.
Things started well as far as downvotes on the 28th but they dropped off a lot yesterday - so did bot usage on tripe though. I've seen the bots issuing 'free' votes to various accounts just to use spare VP, but I'm not sure how long that will last as far as the delegators are concerned as they wont be being paid for those.
In my opinion there are other 'targets' than just the accounts using bots on low grade content, I suspect talks are underway on how best to approach these 'cause it could get messy :)
