It was three years ago, a friend put me in contact with a Lebanese artisan to shoot his products The Kaz Shoes, I was super nervous. Unknown people, unknown models, totally new situation... And they were going to pay me for my work!
It consisted of photos of the best-known surroundings of Havana, Paseo del Prado going down to La Punta, just in front of the Morro.
I met my official muse, the one I can't deny anything, Alejandra and her dance partner Cristhian. The session was a complete success for both parties, we repeated the following year, then Covid came and a third collaboration was screwed up. In my opinion, his small company too, another victim of the pandemic.
Fue hace tres años, una amiga me puso en contacto con un artesano Libanés para hacerle una sesión a sus productos The Kaz Shoes, yo estaba super nervioso. Personas desconocidas, modelos desconocidos, situación totalmente nueva...Y me iban a pagar por mi trabajo!
Consistía en fotos del entorno más conocido de La Habana, Paseo del Prado bajando hasta La Punta, justo frente al Morro.
Conocí a mi musa oficial, la que no puedo negarle nada, Alejandra y a su pareja de baile Cristhian. La sesión fue todo un éxito para las partes, repetimos al año siguiente, luego vino la Covid y se fastidió una tercera colaboración. A mi parecer, el pequeño negocio también, otra víctima de la pandemia.
