For my entry in the Reflection Hunters contest, I'm sharing this #photograph I took at the entrance of a cultural goods store.
My wife was enchanted by this rattle at the entrance the previous afternoon, but the store wasn't open, so we decided to return today.
And again, the store appears closed.
So I decided to take this photo to send to a friend, for her to buy tomorrow—if the store finally decides to open!
However, I loved how the photo turned out, and there's nothing better than sharing it with this community, which is always on the hunt for interesting reflections.
What's interesting about the photograph isn't what I told you, but what's in the image.
In the background, the Hotel Rueda appears, one of the best in the city, and declared a City Heritage Site for its beautiful architecture.
Furthermore, on this corner, on June 14, 1952, the people of Ciego de Ávila protested dictator Fulgencio Batista's coup d'état.
