Hello, fellow world travelers.
Havana was named Wonder City for its architectural beauty. However, there's something else that fascinates me even more, and that's the immense number of sculptural works of art found throughout the city.
G Street, or Avenue of the Presidents, is a prime example.
From the top, a roundabout was built in honor of the world's presidents.
It was designed by local architects and artists.
The beautiful Alameda de Paula is gracing Havana's seafront.
This incredible work of art was installed during the Havana Art Biennial and, like others along Havana's seafront, is here to stay.
The sculpture of Enriqueta Faber was erected next to the Church of Paula. This famous figure from our history has become an icon of the LGBT struggle.
The fountain's column was built in the 19th century. A lion is carved on each side, from whose mouth the fountain's water flows.
Finally, we arrive at the sculpture of our National Poet, Nicol谩s Guill茅n.
In the Plaza de San Francisco de As铆s, we find the image of the Franciscan Friar Junipero Serra, known for leading and founding several religious missions.
At the other end of the square we find the sculpture of The conversation, a work donated by the sculptor Vittorio Perrota, in 2012 to the office of the city historian.
The Col贸n Cemetery, or Col贸n Metropolis, is an immense sculpture gallery.
However, I wanted to show you this beautiful sculpture, this marble mausoleum erected in the name of the fire departments.
Something worth seeing, without a doubt, is the design of the cemetery's vegetation. Throughout the cemetery, we find thousands of flowering trees beautifying and offering shade to the mourners.
Revolution Square is the highest point in the capital and has the largest sculpture in Cuba of our national apostle Jos茅 Mart铆.
I return to G Street again, but this time to the corner with 17th Street. I did so because it's the most beautiful corner on the avenue.
Here, sculptural beauty meets a unique spring landscape.
Our national Capitol, which only differs from Washington's because it's one meter smaller 馃榿. However, houses the second largest indoor statue in the world.

Hola, amigos viajeros del mundo.
La Habana fue nombrada Ciudad Maravilla por su belleza arquitect贸nica. Sin embargo, hay otra cosa que a m铆 me fascina a煤n m谩s, y es la inmensa cantidad de obras de arte escult贸ricas que hay por toda la ciudad.
La calle G o Avenida de los Presidentes es un ejemplo de ello.
Desde la parte superior, consteuyeron una rotonda en honor a los presidentes del mundo.
Fue dise帽ada entre arquitectos y artistas pl谩sticos del pa铆s.
La hermosa Alameda de Paula viene engalanando el paseo mar铆timo habanero.
Esta incre铆ble obra de arte fue instalada durante una Bienal de Arte de La Habana y, como otras m谩s a lo largo del malec贸n habanero, llegaron para quedarse.
La escultura de Enriqueta Faber fue erigida al costado de la Iglesia de Paula. Este famoso personaje de nuestra historia se ha convertido como un 铆cono de la lucha LGBT.
La columna de la fuente fue construida en el siglo XIX. En cada uno de sus lados tiene tallado un le贸n, por cuya boca sale el agua de la fuente.
Finalmente llegamos a la escultura de nuestro poeta Nacional Nicol谩s Guill茅n.
En la Plaza de San Francisco de As铆s encontramos a la imagen del Fray franciscano Junipero Serra, conocido por dirigir y fundar varias misiones religiosas.
Al otro extremo de la plaza encontramos la escultura de La conversaci贸n, obra donada por el escultor Vittorio Perrota, en el 2012 a la oficina del historiador de la ciudad.
El Cementerio de Col贸n, o Metr贸polis de Col贸n es una inmensa galer铆a escult贸rica.
Sin embargo, quise mostrarles esta belleza de escultura, este mausoleo de m谩rmol erigido en nombre de los cuerpos de bomberos.
Algo digno de ver, sin duda alguna, es el dise帽o de la vegetaci贸n en el cementerio. Por toda su extensi贸n encontramos miles de 谩rboles florales embelleciendo y ofreciendo su sombra a los dolientes.
La Plaza de la Revoluci贸n es el punto m谩s alto de la capital y tiene la escultura m谩s grande en Cuba de nuestro ap贸stol nacional Jos茅 Mart铆.
Vuelvo otra vez a la Calle G, pero esta vez a la esquina con la calle 17. Lo hice porque es la esquina m谩s hermosa de la avenida.
Aqu铆 se une la belleza escult贸rica con un paisaje primaveral 煤nico.
Nuestro Capitolio nacional, el cual solo se diferencia al de Washington porque es un metro m谩s peque帽o 馃榿. Sin embargo, guarda en su interior la segunda estatua m谩s grande del mundo, bajo techo.
