It's not every day you get to open a bottle of expensive wine. It is not always necessary to spend a lot of money on good wine. Obviously it is a proportion that is closely related. But I love discovering wines under ten euros to drink at times that don't involve big celebrations. With this wine I had a special pleasure when discovering it, since its price is around six euros and I loved it. Its price quality is unbeatable. The Toro appellation is on the rise and you can find excellent wines without excessive prices. The same happens with Campo de Borja, Cariñena or Calatayud.
The first thing that catches your attention is the label, where a photo of a young farmer is printed. When you discover the rest of the bottles in the winery you understand everything, the Crianza has the photo of an older farmer and so on until you reach the old man who appears on the reserve bottles. Curious, original and with a commercial hook.
