Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os traigo una cerveza excelente de una marca emergente del Reino Unido. Se trata de Azvex. Estos chicos de Liverpool se han hecho un hueco en el re帽ido mercado ingl茅s de la cerveza artesana. En el Archipi茅lago hay mucho nivel y muchas cerveceras, tanto con tradici贸n como m谩s recientes, y Azvex ha entrado con fuerza a base de IPAs como esta que os traigo.

Parece que mis s煤plicas a los fabricantes de cerveza artesana est谩n siendo escuchadas y cada vez se puede leer m谩s en las latas de cerveza la coletilla de "West Coast". La vertiente m谩s amarga de las IPA, cuyo origen tal y como indica su nombre es originario dela costa Oeste estadounidense, empieza a verse de nuevo con relativa frecuencia. Todav铆a muy por debajo de las Hazy IPA o New England IPA que siguen muy de moda y copan gran parte de las IPA. Mucho m谩s afrutadas y f谩ciles de beber.
La cerveza ofrece lo que promete. Es limpia y transparente. Muy arom谩tica. Pero sobre todo amarga... muy amarga. Alg煤n toque c铆trico y resinoso acompa帽an este estacazo de amargor que rasga tu paladar.
Una excelente cerveza.

For this week's #beersaturday I bring you an excellent beer from an emerging brand from the UK. It's about Azvex. These guys from Liverpool have carved a niche for themselves in the hotly contested English craft beer market. In the Archipelago there is a high level and many breweries, both traditional and more recent, and Azvex has entered with force based on IPAs like this one that I bring you.

It seems my pleas to craft brewers are being heard and more and more you can read the tagline "West Coast" on beer cans. The most bitter side of the IPAs, whose origin, as its name indicates, originates from the US West Coast, is beginning to be seen again with relative frequency. Still well below the Hazy IPA or New England IPA that are still very fashionable and take over a large part of the IPAs. Much more fruity and easy to drink.
The beer offers what it promises. It is clean and transparent. Very aromatic. But above all bitter... very bitter. Some citric and resinous touch accompany this shot of bitterness that tears your palate.
An excellent beer.
