No hay país que se tercie que no tenga alguna marca de cerveza artesana que destaque y sea conocida en el resto del mundo. Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os muestro una cerveza de los que para mí son la mejor marca de toda Irlanda, y eso es mucho decir, se trata de Whiplash.

Estilo: Imperial India Pale Ale
Alcohol: 8º
Lúpulo: Monovarietal de Simcoe
Formato: Lata de 440 ml
Desde el corazón de la capital irlandesa, Whiplash nos trae una de sus cervezas más conocidas. Un bombazo de sabor a caballo entre las IPA clásicas, más amargas y secas, y la nueva hornada más afrutadas.
El Simcoe, lúpulo noble donde los haya, contribuye a ello ya que aporta sabores a pino y resina por un lado y fruta tropical por otro.
Finalmente la avena y el trigo aportan suavidad y ese color pálido característico haciendo que los 8º grados de alcohol pasen desapercibidos.
En resumen un gran cerveza.
There is no country that does not have some brand of craft beer that stands out and is known in the rest of the world. For this week's #beersaturday I show you a beer that for me is the best brand in all of Ireland, and that's saying a lot, it's Whiplash.

From the heart of the Irish capital, Whiplash brings us one of its best-known beers. A bombshell of flavor somewhere between the classic IPAs, more bitter and dry, and the newer, fruitier batch.
Simcoe, a noble hop if ever there was one, contributes to this as it provides flavors of pine and resin on the one hand and tropical fruit on the other.
Finally, the oats and wheat provide softness and that characteristic pale color, making the 8º degrees of alcohol go unnoticed.
In short, a great beer.
