Para esta semana en el #beersaturday os traigo una cerveza de los chicos de Hernani (San Sebastian) que se codean con las mejores marcas de Europa. Su ritmo de producci贸n es fren茅tico y cada quince d铆as tienes seis nuevas referencias. La maquinaria est谩 bien engrasada y exprimen su f谩brica con soltura y maestr铆a.
Se han especializado en IPA de corte moderno, pero en alguna ocasi贸n vuelven a lo cl谩sico como ocurre en esta cerveza. Eso y mi afici贸n por las IPA West Coast, me hacen avalanzarme a todo lo que lleve esa terminaci贸n. Para los menos entendidos, una West Coast es una cerveza muy amarga y con toques c铆tricos, resinosos y herbales. Originaria de Costa Oeste de Estados Unidos

L煤pulo cl谩sico para una cerveza muy cl谩sico. R茅plica perfecta del estilo. Muy clara y transparente. Aroma a cereal. Espuma persistente. Seca y amarga como el desierto pero sorprende la facilidad de trago. Excelente cerveza. Como he mencionado antes, los sabores a pino y resina con matices c铆tricos son los dominantes.

For this week on #beersaturday I bring you a beer from the guys from Hernani (San Sebastian) who rub shoulders with the best brands in Europe. Its production pace is frenetic and every fifteen days you have six new references. The machinery is well-oiled and they make the most of their factory with ease and mastery.
They have specialized in modern IPAs, but on occasion they return to the classic as is the case with this beer. That and my love for West Coast IPAs make me embrace everything that has that ending. For the less knowledgeable, a West Coast is a very bitter beer with citrus, resinous and herbal touches. Originally from the West Coast of the United States

Classic hops for a very classic beer. Perfect replica of the style. Very clear and transparent. Cereal aroma. Persistent foam. Dry and bitter like the desert but surprisingly easy to drink. Excellent beer. As I mentioned before, the flavors of pine and resin with citrus nuances are dominant.
