For I know the plans I have for you. Plans to give you a hope and a future. (Jer29:11) He says a hope and a future - It's an expected end. You cannot know more than God. God has gone ahead of you, so you can't help him. He's the All-knowing. If he gives you an instruction follow it to the letter.
Romans 6:16-17, "Choose to obey God and receive his approval. Thank God once you were slaves to sin but now you have obeyed with all your heart the new teaching God has given you". Commit all of these teachings to heart. God is not a man that he should lie, hence all those promises he gave you will be accomplished only if you wait on him. They that wait upon the Lord shall not grow weary.
Hold fast to that which is true and you shall have no regrets. Thus is the word of God.
