Indicating differences between saved contact on simple contact

Simple contact is an application in the open source platform.
It allows aids in the display of contact's, their details and phone numbers. The app also allow user to make calls and many more features. New contacts could also be included.

Proposal

Using this app I couldn't differentiate between my contacts as my phone is embedded with two sims. So contact's saved on my phone and the two other some couldn't be allocated so sometimes makes confusion. So my suggestion is to add indication to the contact like that in the mocked examples.
