Smart assets are distinctive digital coins or cryptocurrency tokens that can be interpreted as a real world tangible assets or non tangible assets which can be exchanged between parties based in smart contracts rules definition. Smart assets can be in form of a tangible goods like houses, real estates and cars. It can also be in form of company shares, cryptocurrencies like bitcoin, patent right or royalties. As long as the smart contract rules hold, any assets can be referred to as a smart one.
