The seven Key currencies used or generally acceptable in the global market are the U.S. dollars, Euros, Japanese Yen, British Pounds, Swiss Franc, Mexican peso and Canadian dollars. US dollars which is the first on the list is still being used even though it has never been devalued to make up for the United States of American Debt. The most important and significant currencies after US dollars is the Euro which is the currency of the European Union. British Pound is also the official currency of the United Kingdom. All of these key currencies are predominantly used in foreign exchange market.
