The Budget Challenge: Expect the unexpected

Last week,  @smaeunabs initiated a contest entitled #thebudgetchallenge which aims to aid our fellow steemians with their financial growth. Thank you for the initiative!

I was interested in this challenge since it is an opportunity for me to share my approach in my financial management and also serves as my reminder if I am still sticking with my budget plan. 

Here is my entry which won the 2nd place (unexpected,  feel so proud at the same time)

I thought I couldn't make it to the last day of submission of entries, despite my busy schedule I still find time to compose this article #thebudgetchallenge. I really have the urge to join the contest not just aiming to win but also to have the chance to share. Hoping that my fellow steemians can learn even a little strategy on how to properly budget their cash flow. 

Last night, when I opened my steemit account and check my steemit wallet,  I was shocked that @smaeunabs transferred 3.050 sbd in my account. So out of curiosity,  I visited her account to check if she had posted the result of #thebudgetchallenge contest. Fortunately,  I won!  I feel so happy that someone appreciated my work and on how I budget my income. 

Winning the challenge is not a luck,  it's indeed a blessing from above and this contest is the catalyst. I really considered it as a blessing since my birthday is fast approaching. Yeheey!  May pangdagdag Pabirthday ako.
