22nd May to 24th August, a long Summer beak session in my entire educational career. Although, it was too hot weather conditions during the break but it can be manageable with smart planning and resources. It is only possible when education is the top priority of the state. I start my duty even 4 days before opening my school because I have been given additional charge of head of the institute. Head of the institution retired during the summer break. Now I have to perform this tough duty along with my own duties. Although tough job but challenging馃馃馃馃.
