Waste treatment methods

The quality of the environment is constantly deteriorating, natural landscapes are being destroyed. Hundreds of thousands of hectares of land suitable for agricultural activities die under the rubble of rotting waste.

Solution

The company "Invest Ecology Limited" founded a separate project Greentoken.
Greentoken is a waste recycling complex that recycles 100% of any waste, whether it is solid domestic, medical or industrial waste, without harm to the environment and without pre-sorting. In Kazakhstan, it is planned to allocate 54 Hectares of land for the construction of a pilot complex.
Processing takes place without oxygen at temperatures up to 1300 degrees due to the pyrolysis reactor, which was originally used for the production of synthesis gas-a mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen in the industry. Also, methanol, dimethyl ether, hydrogen and other chemical products are obtained from the synthesis gas. The resulting synthesis gas is used to generate heat and electricity.
Synthesis gas is used for the production of foam glass. Foam glass is a material obtained by sintering glass and a gasifier. It can be used in construction as a universal heat insulator. Waste processing complex Greentoken will produce from cullet up to 140 thousand cubic meters of foam glass per year. On the territory of the plant will be built mining farm, with lifetime free electricity from waste processing.
