Well, Bruno actually had a point here. Mary was definitely better up to help within her own body. Probably she didn't think of all her magic be gone when changing bodies with Nymphadora. I hope it will teach her to think things through (whenever possible) instead of acting just out of instinct or doing the first thing that comes to mind...
But that's actually the moments players will remember! Those intense situations. Especially when their character's friends are getting mad and making a definite point.
I think it happens to pretty much any pen&paper role playing group at some point. It's simply the drama of an RPG and the evolution of the characters. It's part of the game and it's making up for interesting memories. (as long as neither the players nor the DM are taking it personally).
But now our adveturers have a solid proof what the dark ladie's promise to take care of the girl was all about at least... (not that it was really needed...)
