Perhaps we'll never know. Why?
Is it profitable for everyone to be happy and live in peace?
Well for the last few thousand years or so the answer has been a very obvious, "No". This to me inherently implies that every system of governance and or resource distribution up to the present day has been a complete and total failure. This definitely includes all forms of democracy but more specifically capitalist controlled democracy which doesn't really work out to be much of a democracy at all unless your idea of democracy involves getting to vote and choose between the least offensive of multiple dramatically inadequate choices presented to you by your self appointed corporate banking overlords.
This is what we call "Freedom" in the modern age.
Laughable at best.
Many solutions have been put forth and awareness of them is growing but the reality remains, that most people express little to no interest in true self determination. Perhaps it only seems like awareness is growing because the population is exploding but percentage wise nothing has changed or maybe it's even gone down. It would be interesting to see a study to this effect. Regardless, most people are terrified by the idea of being responsible for their own well being. This does not mean going it alone but this is how most people take it and yet we have carved out a social order that thrives off competition for literally everything and so we are all in effect always going it alone because the bottom line is we are all always competing against each other oblivious to the concept that if everyone wants to be #1, there can only be one, #1. Nothing good will every come of this social order. Destruction of all by all is the only inevitable outcome.
What disturbs me most is this is not new information. Thinkers like myself have reached this conclusion over and over again throughout the ages and while for a moment it seems here and there the masses latched on, once again, every time they are eventually led astray. Tempted into manufacturing their own destruction by the idea that they could maybe be #1
You start off wanting to be the #1 child then the #1 student, then the #1 employee, then the #1 boss, then the #1 investor, the #1 country, and so it goes, on and on to whoever is currently on top of the pyramid of idiots in a constant state of self inflicted fear of being #2, or worse.
I went looking for truth with no preconceived notion of what it is. Mostly I just continue to discover how little I or anyone actually knows.
What one group holds as immutable truth is easily refuted by another group with endless troves of evidence while at the same time stubbornly holding to their own easily refuted "facts". We believe what we want, we call it fact, we build our lives around these commonly held truths which are in fact all lies, and anything or anyone who says otherwise, well that's just a myth only crazy people believe. Oh those silly people and the myths they believe.
News flash.....we're ALL crazy!
Atheists aren't exempt. The Big bang and Darwins theory on evolution are just as big a myth as god and the virgin mary. Scientific journals are bursting at the seems with theories and very little fact.
Doesn't matter at all. The soldiers march on ready to die for god and country. Ready to die for myths, for things that do not exist as far as any of us are currently aware.
The answer is not communism. The answer is not socialism. The answer is not government of any kind. These institutions always inevitably fall prey to those who seek power above all else, you know, the people currently winning "the game". Perhaps the Rothschilds are those people. Perhaps the Saudi family, perhaps the Zionists, the Jesuits, the Freemasons, the Luciferians, the Bilderbergs, the infamous Illuminati or Knights Templar, The CFR, perhaps someone or some group we've not even yet caught wind of. Are they all just battling each other for the #1 spot, the rest of us simply caught in the crossfire with no real consideration given to what we're up to at all? Perhaps "the people" the "common folk" represent no more of a threat then the common farmers livestock.
Hardly anyone is interested in finding out and i suspect those who do get close to that truth are either incorporated, unable, or simply unwilling to refuse the invitation to be on the inside. The rest get marginalized as lunatics or just flat out eliminated by a convenient car/plane accident, lone gunman, or inoperable tumor. I'll be honest, knowing what I know now, given the opportunity, I would almost certainly join the ranks of the "Elite". Anything just to have a glimpse behind the curtain. The apathetic oblivious ignorant nature of everyone I meet everyday everywhere from every walk of life makes that a really easy decision. My conscious is clear with the knowledge that I lived a life of detachment, I lived by example and shared what I discovered and no one cared.
Does the universe just spit out infinite idiots so they can be consumed by those with a slightly greater capacity for intelligence and or awareness? Whatever the case may be, it certainly seems so. The idea that this world is just a very elaborate video game and most people are just simulations, suddenly begins to make a lot of sense. The fact that science seems to be in line with this idea, makes even more. So then what?
