So at work I am internally transferring to a new team after 4 years in my current team. A mixture of excitement and nervousness but all around good feelings. I’ll miss the people in my current team but have been unexcited about the work I’ve been doing. My new years resolution is to have a growth mindset and I believe this move is a very big part of that.
