My personal opinion:
Maybe, some of them will shut down their machines but it means that difficulty will drop a little bit and it means that mining will become profitable for the rest of miners. So, it is simply. Maybe 5-15% of them will give up but in my opinion it is not scary so there is not reason for any panic. If you know what is behind the Bitcoin, if you understand it, articles like this one won't scare you because you know what is going to happen if that's true and best part of that is that the worst possible scenario is not that bad at all
