  • Specific: I want a 20% increase in present revenue in May 2018.

  • Measurable: I need goals I can test, define, and measure. For example Website visitors, social media numbers are all measurable things, increase awareness etc.

  • Attainable: Can I actually do something to make my goal happen? For this reason I need to select 3 others goals.

  • Relevant: Most of the time we will want to focus our energy on low effort high value goal. For this,we can follow Pareto principle as known as 80/20 rule.Which are the 20% of goals that that will provide me with 80% of my return.

  • Time bound: There must be an end date. I will setting all our end dates for 1st May 2018.

#I hope it's work 100%
