Minimum requirements are thus:
Processor: Intel i5-4460 | AMD Ryzen 3 1200.
RAM: 8 GB RAM.
Video card: NVIDIA GTX 770 | AMD Radeon RX 570.
They released an update lately which increased performance on lower specs PC, so it's not necessary to have a great one (although for this game in particular high quality graphics make it much better)
