I’m starting to think members get to few upvotes. People save them for the magnificent stuff, and the good stuff gets nothing because there’s nothing left, or you get or give an upvote that has no value.
I don’t see what the big deal is that I can’t give a 100 upvotes to a 100 different post that are only worth $.01
I understand that a whale gives a lot more than that, but maybe the system can give a little control over how much value each upvote is worth and set a limit on the total amount of $ in upvotes can be given.
For instance if right now one of your upvotes gives $50 and you can give 6 at that value that comes to $300 in upvotes. But instead be able to give 12 at $25, or 30 at $10, but I think you should be able to give as many, to as many as you want at $.01. Even if you give a penny to every post of one member that has 400 posts. It will take forever and be a big pain in the butt, and be only $4
