Fifa 2018 World Cup: Uruguay vs Saudi Arabia

Uruguay vs Saudi Arabia
Uruguay vs Saudi Arabia

Uruguay will be looking to cement their passage to the round of 16.

After an unconvincing showing against Egypt who they narrowly defeated by a very late goal, they will fancy their chances against a Saudi Arabia side who were decent against hosts, Russia....yet lost by a 5 goals to 0 margin.

Saudi Arabia will have to be very disciplined and compact, to get anything out of this game.

Hopefully, we will be entertained as the case has been for the most part from the onset of the 2018 World Cup.

Players to watch out for remain the usual suspects.

Uruguay: Godin, Jiménez, Suárez and Cavani

Saudi Arabia: Al Sahlawi

Prediction:
It will be really tough for Saudi Arabia to leave this game with a point. However I do not expect a repeat of the 5-0 pummelling they received at the hands of Russia.

Prediction Uruguay 3-1 Saudi Arabia (feeling a tad too generous)

Complete squad for both sides.
