Learning children is an art, First post after beeing dormant

Hello all Hivers friends.
It is long time to absent in Hive. Now I want to try get up and make a post again. I hope to be more passionate about managing my Hive account.
Of course I hope that the return to Hive can contribute to the development of a healthier Hive ecosystem. Hopefully the improved climate will raise the value of hives so that we can enjoy togetherness in shared prosperity.
As a start, I want to tell you about my daily life as a manager of a learning institution that helps children.

The learning process will continue throughout the ages. In human life, we must always want to learn. if he does not study then he will only live as a burden. Every individual who wants to grow with a complete human aspect must be willing to learn. That's why we often hear the slogan of lifelong learning. An expression that sounds easy but needs deep understanding.

In my daily life I still teach children. Starting from learning to read, write, count and others. The institution that we make is not a school institution. We are a non-formal institution that helps school children learn. Course institutions that help children who have learning problems, so that they will be able to follow lessons at school.

An Art


As an institution that helps children, of course we must be able to solve children's learning problems. Students enrolling and studying together have a variety of problems. This is where we are required to find alternative learning solutions. We have to be able to make children better.

This is a challenge for us teachers to make children feel comfortable while studying, understand the material and be happy to learn.

We still make the target to improve academic ability as one of the benchmarks for children's learning success. However, the learning process is also one of our concerns in teaching and learning activities which are much more limited than duration in school.

Facing students with diverse characters, we must be able to make all children feel excited about learning.
One of the moves we do before studying is making fun before studying. We believe and so far we can prove that when children are cheerful at the beginning of their learning, they will find it easier to absorb the subject matter.

It will be different when a child walks into the classroom with a sullen, sad or lazy face. They have to be cheerful. we have to get them into the learning atmosphere. There are times when I use anecdotes, riddles or funny and interesting conversation material so they can laugh out loud so they feel comfortable.

After that, we will invite to study the subject matter. At that time the children already felt "on fire" and were ready to learn with high enthusiasm.

Process and results oriented

When parents enroll their children in a learning institution, they see more of their children's success than academic results. This becomes a problem because our learning is not only result-oriented. we also have to look at aspects of the child's learning process. This is an important thing that must also be considered.
in this case we always communicate the learning process and children's development. This helps parents understand the child's direction. Parents will be able to see the success of learning by including the development of the child's learning process.
I often see children by marking those who are not able to be invited to learn when they first enter and then change to have a passion for learning. They already want to ask various things related to the lesson. This means that they are already interested. If this situation is conditioned, we will easily persuade children to study hard. After the spirit of learning rises, we will be able to see the results of learning at the end.
