How To Keep Fit

I think people would be more effective and efficient if they organize their daily thoughts and routine. And the best time to do that is in the Morning. So, let me tell you, what is a Morning Ritual?
It is a series of actions that one can take that applaud each other. For example, it can include drinking a glass of water/juice, doing yoga, walking around in the park, breakfast or reading newspaper. Basically, it can be a sequence of any actions that are healthy and effective for your daily Productivity. These are kind of little hacks that most people are blind to see.

As most of our society just give away their supremacy and power in the morning by picking up the phone and checking ‘what the world is doing’. Because that’s the way they have set up their routine and this kind of Ritual Training is distracting you all the time. When you are reaching for the phone to check your email early morning just after waking up, you are training your brain how to respond. Just keep the phone away and have the early morning time for yourself.

As Will Smith has said:

“Two most important things are to run and read every day”

In other words, do something Physical and Mental to be able to keep you and your brain active.

Morning routine sets the tone for the day. So, if you start your day rushing, stressed, not having breakfast, will that give positive vibes when you will start your work? I don’t think so.

To be able to get the most out of the day and to be productive and healthy, you should start your daily routine by doing stuff that can make you happy, relaxed and efficient. It’s kind of taking care of yourself than to take care your to-do lists.
