Breaking barriers as a Writer

Have you ever had issues starting an article or a book?
Perhaps you were able to start but at a point you experienced series of blocks, hindering you from flowing...

The truth is, every writer experiences these challenges, but only those who are determined scale through.

Writing is not a task that needs less Strength and focus as many think. In fact, writing burns more calories than some of the seemingly hard labour many do. Any job that requires your cognition takes energy.

In breaking through barriers as a writer;

First know you're not the first to go through it, or the only one going through it.

Secondly, shift your focus from the blocks and challenges to the possibility and accompanying joy of completion.

Thirdly, take a break where and when necessary. This is applicable to those who are already in the process of writing. Walk around the house or visit briefly with a friend, listen to your favourite music, do some baking...or even take a nap.

Then return in full strength and write!

Don't be discouraged by the feeling that what you're writing isn't making sense. Every idea is worth something!
Only avoid grammatical and syntax errors where possible.

My motto is "avoid errors like the plague".

Remember, no writer made a best selling publication on their first attempt. So start small and accept yourself as you are, then grow from there. Whatever starts from the top always ends on the ground. Learn to build from a firm foundation.

Okay let's stop here...

I hope this helps and writer out there to continue that task...

It's not over until you say so👍

See ya😊
