I resonate and agree with most of those. Not sure about the "no right way to do anything" or the "intelligence is relative self-esteem is not"... Also the don't underestimate yours talent until you apply it 100 times? Not sure I totally understand that one either, the number seems a bit arbitrary, however I think it's a good message and those are great reminders. :) The first two I especially vibe with. I wish I still had my punching bag, I used to spend a lot of time and it did help with my anger, though my anger isn't nearly as much of a problem anymore these days. Thanks for sharing!
