What an absolutely crazy workout.
I got the idea from a YouTube Video
Bench Press 10 sets of 15......yes that's right TEN sets of FIFTEEN!
Then incline Dumbbell Press 5 sets of 12
Finally chest cable fly 5 sets of 15.
Truly murdered my pecs I felt like my heart was going to explode out of my chest.
