Weight loss tips

When we say Weight loss, It means we are talking about shit fat around our chest, love handles etc.

So Question arrise how to lose weight instantly without going to gym ?

Well as per my knowledge there is not a magic trick to reduce weight fast in ethical manner,
So Suggestions is that don't go beyond the physical limit.

Here are the few tips to healthy weight loss.

  1. Fluid intake increase - It doesn't mean you are drinking lot of cola, artificial drink, alcohols, etc. Fluid drinks mean Lemon water without sugar, Shakes, Diet cola, Green tea, Water.

  2. Strict diet - There must be strict diet, it means if someone eat pizza in front of you. you should have that strength that you are not convinced for the pizza.
    Diet always contribute 70 to 80% in weight loss.

  3. Track your activity - How much you walk, run, Stairs up down.

  4. Micro nutrition - Body most part is Fat, protein and carbs, you should have to maintain this ratio to 2 : 4 : 4

    carbohydrates means Complex carbs i.e. brown rice, Beet root, Sweet potato, Multi grain breads, etc.
