Burning HIVE is different from Powering Up HIVE, and burning HIVE by sending it to @null (or practically burned by sending it to a Hive account which can no longer be accessed) is different from burning HIVE to claim an Account Creation Token (ACT). 🤓
Burning 3 HIVE to claim an ACT is different from simply paying another (trustworthy) Hive user (such as a Hive Witness that is Rank 40 or higher) a defined amount of HIVE to let them create a new Hive account for you. 🤓
