True...but smart villages are part of the evolution.
Imgine the room occupancy in Urban area is 4.4 persons per room.....how tough would be that life. Villages in that sense is much better.
The ownership has gone from horizontal to vertical. The quadrangle has become history for today's kids......Villages have a lot to offer once they become smart. Let's see how it unfold unto 2030.
